Image License & Terms of Use

At Hackrea, our mission is to empower the design community with high-quality, accurate visual resources. Because our platform features a hybrid of our own synthetic design concepts and real-world photography submitted by our community, our image licensing is divided into two strict categories.

Please read carefully to understand how you may (and may not) use the imagery found on Hackrea.

Part A: Hackrea Design Concepts (AI Visualizations)

We understand that visualizing architectural spaces, interior design concepts, and material interactions is crucial for your own projects, mood boards, and articles. To provide the most accurate and inspiring representations of color science, spatial arrangements, and architectural details, the lifestyle imagery featured across our articles and guides is custom-generated using the Hackrea AI Visualization Tool.

Because these images are generated synthetically to reflect real-world design principles, we do not restrict them under traditional, closed copyright barriers. Instead, we offer them under an open attribution model.

Free to Use with Attribution

You are legally permitted and highly encouraged to download, share, and publish the AI-generated visualizations found on Hackrea for both commercial and non-commercial digital use. This includes:

• Interior design blogs and digital publications
• Social media posts (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)
• Digital mood boards and client presentations
• Educational or academic materials

The Single Requirement: Do-Follow Attribution

Our images are free to use under one strict condition: You must provide a clear, clickable, do-follow backlink to the original source.

By downloading and hosting our images on your website, you agree to the following attribution terms:

1. Link Placement: The attribution link must be placed directly beneath the image or naturally within the accompanying text.
2. Link Destination: The link must point directly to the specific Hackrea article where you found the image, or to https://www.hackrea.net.
3. Link Format: The link must be a standard, do-follow HTML link. (Links tagged with rel=”nofollow”, rel=”sponsored”, or hidden behind JavaScript redirects do not satisfy this license).

Restrictions for Design Concepts

While we encourage the sharing of our visualizations, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Claiming direct authorship or ownership of the images.
• Repackaging and selling the raw image files as stock photography or design assets.
• Using the images to promote hate speech, illegal activities, or deceptive content.

Part B: TrueSpace Exchange (Authentic User Photography)

The TrueSpace Exchange contains authentic, real-world photographs uploaded by the Hackrea community. These images are distinctly marked and isolated within the TrueSpace interface.

Strictly No Downloading or External Sharing

To protect the privacy of our community members and their personal spaces, TrueSpace Exchange images are strictly not covered by our open attribution model.

• User Ownership: The original creator retains full copyright ownership of any photograph uploaded to the TrueSpace Exchange.
• Zero External Use: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, scraping, screenshotting, or republishing TrueSpace Exchange images on external websites, blogs, social media, or digital platforms.
• In-Platform Viewing Only: These images are licensed exclusively for display within the authenticated Hackrea environment to aid our members in making accurate interior design decisions.

Any violation of TrueSpace copyright rules will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from the Exchange ecosystem.
